Alsike clover

During a walk I happened upon a recently harvested grain field, and on the borders of the field there grew clovers. I realized that I don't really have any good photos of clovers. I guess they are so ubiquitous that it's easy to overlook them in favor of more interesting flowers, but even the most common of flowers can be interesting.

This particular clover is Alsike clover (Trifolium hybridum) I think, named after the town Alsike here in Sweden.
